1. Who uses these cookies

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Alongside them we also use your browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) — a storage area with the same purpose but a larger capacity.
Legally the two are treated identically: both mean storing information on your device and fall under the same rules. That is why you will find both in the tables below.
3. The legal basis we rely on
Under Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004, storing information on your device is permitted only with your prior, informed consent. Strictly necessary technical cookies are exempt.
In practice this means:
- Strictly necessary cookies are active automatically, because the website does not work without them.
- Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded at all until you press "Accept" in the banner shown on your first visit. If you refuse or ignore the banner, these services stay blocked — no data whatsoever is sent to Google or Meta.

These records stay on your device and are not shared with any third party.
4.2. Analytics — only with your consent
They show us how many visitors we have, which pages are read and where people come from, so we can improve the site. We do not identify you personally.

4.3. Marketing — only with your consent
They allow us to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant advertising on Facebook, Instagram and the Google network.

5. How to give and withdraw your consent
On your first visit you get a banner with three options placed at the same level: Accept all, Reject all and Individual settings, where you can choose analytics and marketing separately. Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting — you do not have to go through extra steps to say "no".
You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw a consent given earlier, we delete the cookies already placed by that service and reload the page, so your refusal takes effect immediately.
Consent is valid for 6 months. After that period we ask again.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, the data collected through them may reach companies in the United States of America: Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.
These transfers rely on the mechanisms set out in Chapter V of the GDPR — the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which both providers are certified, supplemented by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
If you refuse these categories, no such transfer takes place.
7. Browser controls
Independently of the settings on this site, you can manage cookies directly in your browser: view, delete or block them entirely.
Blocking all cookies in your browser may affect how the site works: your cookie choice can no longer be remembered, and the chat assistant can no longer keep your conversation.
8. Changes to this policy
Whenever we add or remove a service that stores information on your device, we update this page and the date at the top of it. If the change is substantial, we ask for your consent again through the banner.
